You already have everything you need to grow and heal. Together, we’ll create the space to access it.

Welcome!
I’m Kalman.

I offer a collaborative, compassionate space where we can work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges together. My goal is to help you find clarity, strength, balance, and a deeper sense of peace and empowerment.

Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Focused EMDR, mindfulness, and my own experience, I support healing from old wounds and accessing a fuller sense of self.

I believe in meeting you exactly where you are—honoring your pace while gently guiding you toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and balance. Therapy with me is a journey of uncovering your innate strength and capacity to live, love, and thrive more freely.
